Privacy Policy

Evermont Studios is an independent Roblox roleplay community. It is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, the State of California, or any real government agency or emergency service.

If you sign in with Roblox: your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image URL. We receive these from Roblox's OAuth service when you approve the sign-in, and only because you approved it.

From the game: your XP per department and which Game Passes you own. Our game server sends this so the site can show your real rank instead of guessing. We do not store chat, positions, or anything else from a play session.

If you apply: the answers you write on an application form, and the questions as they were worded when you submitted.

In your browser only: a cart for merchandise, kept in local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us unless you check out.

We never ask for your Roblox password. Sign-in happens on Roblox's own site and we only receive the result. The permissions we request are openid and profile — read-only identity. We cannot post, spend Robux, join groups or change anything on your account.

Anything that unlocks inside the Roblox experience is purchased on Roblox, in Robux, through Roblox's own checkout. This site never sees or stores payment details for those purchases. If you buy physical merchandise, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor and we do not store your card details.

Application answers are readable by community staff who review applications. Your rank and department are visible to other players in-game, as they would be anyway. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

The site is hosted on Vercel and the database is hosted on Supabase. Both process data on our behalf in order to run the site.

Ask in our Discord and we will delete your account record, XP mirror, ownership records and applications. Removing them here does not affect anything you bought on Roblox — those are held by Roblox, not by us.

If you are under 13, please do not submit an application form or anything containing personal information beyond your Roblox username.
