Evermont Studios is an independent Roblox roleplay community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation, the State of California, or any real law enforcement, fire or medical service. Everything depicted is fictional roleplay.

Sign in with Roblox if you want a rank, unlocks or an application. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so do not share it. We may suspend access to this site or the game for cheating, harassment, evading a ban, or abusing staff.

Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, or to reach data belonging to other members.

Anything that unlocks inside the Roblox experience is sold by Roblox, not by us. Vehicles, gear and liveries are Roblox Game Passes or Developer Products, bought in Robux through Roblox's own checkout. Those purchases are governed by Roblox's Terms of Use, and refunds for them are handled by Roblox.

Supporter subscriptions and merchandise sold on this site grant website and Discord perks only. They do not grant, accelerate or discount anything inside the game. Any offer suggesting otherwise is not ours.

We may change prices or retire items. Items you already own stay yours for as long as the experience runs.

Applications are reviewed by community staff. Meeting the stated requirements does not guarantee acceptance, and we may close a form or decline an application without giving a reason. Do not put real-world personal information into an application.

Rank comes from XP. XP is earned by playing and may also be purchased through Roblox in Robux. Command positions require approval from command staff and cannot be obtained by XP alone. Progression is stored on our game servers and mirrored here for display. We may retune XP thresholds as the game changes.

The site and the game are provided as they are. We do not guarantee uptime, and we are not liable for lost progress, lost items, or downtime. This is a hobby community, not a paid service.
